The client’s vision was for Premier to seamlessly manage the entire exhibition, coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and the venue team to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all participants.
They also tasked us with designing an exhibition stand that would cohesively represent five of their core affinity groups, strengthening their unified brand presence.
This stand was designed with sustainability, utilising components that could be repurposed for future events.
From the get-go, our woodshop team and our in-house 3D designer developed two innovative exhibition stand design concepts. These designs were visually striking and strategically crafted to draw visitors and effectively showcase the brand’s five affinity groups.
The finalised exhibition stand design spanned an impressive 10m x 10m area, featuring a carpeted finish and a central creative experiential 360-degree booth surrounded by five distinct display units, each adorned with vibrant vinyl branding.
These units were ingeniously designed with internal storage and customisable features to suit the unique engagement activities of each affinity group. Among these features were a “higher or lower” game station, a virtual reality (VR) showcase, an integrated suggestion box, and a creative space for live illustration.
The central positioning of the creative experiential 360-degree photo booth, encircled by the uniquely branded display units, created an immersive and interactive environment. This setup highlighted the diverse branding and messages of the five affinity groups and provided a dynamic backdrop for attendees. As they captured and shared their experiences on social media, the exhibition stand design became a focal point for spreading brand awareness and engagement across a wider audience.
