Our creative team holds brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for the brand activation. Once the concept is finalised, our creative team designs the activation’s visual elements and overall experience. This includes developing the event’s visual identity, set design, graphic materials, interactive components, and any other creative elements required to bring the concept to life. We also collaborate with other teams, such as production and technology, to ensure the technical feasibility and seamless execution of the activation.

Once all the creative elements are in place, our team works closely with the production and event management teams to ensure seamless execution of the brand activation. During the event, we monitor and evaluate the audience’s response, collect feedback, and analyse key performance indicators to measure the success of the activation against the defined objectives.

Building Your Activation

Working closely with the set and scenery & technical AV teams, the creative team translate the conceptualised ideas and themes into tangible 3D designs. Factors such as space layout, props, furniture, signage, lighting, and overall aesthetics are considered to create an environment that aligns with the brand and engages the audience.

The technical AV and set and scenery team are responsible for the efficient installation and setup of the physical components of the brand activation. They collaborate with other teams, such as event management, to ensure a smooth and timely installation process.

Once the designs are finalised, the set and scenery department brings them to life by constructing and fabricating the physical elements.

This may involve building custom structures, fabricating props, furniture, and creating branded signage. They ensure the set elements are durable, safe, and visually appealing.
