HUDA Beauty Exhibition Stand

Our fabrication team supported HUDA Beauty with a recent exhibition stand project.

We were approached by the team at HUDA Beauty who were looking for support with an exhibition stand for an event at the Coventry Building Society (CBS) Arena in September 2022.

The brief was to design a functional 3-sided exhibition stand that was 4m x 4m in size and no taller than 2.5m. We needed to incorporate a screen also that could be used to show videos to people attending the stand,

Our fabrication team and production manager created both 2D and 3D designs that we were able to share with the client so that they could see our proposed solution as well as an itemised breakdown of the costs.

The ability to display products throughout the stand was key and so we incorporated both shelving units and a bespoke branded counter. Colours were kept primarily white, in keeping with the brand guidelines.

The team used 12x 2.5m x 1m wall panels to build the walls for the stand, these were secured to the 4m x 4m subfloor that was also installed. The wall panels were wrapped with graphics on site and a bespoke printed carpet was laid with aluminium trim.

A 75” screen was mounted to the back wall in a portrait orientation so that it could be used to display TikTok style videos to the attendees.

A team of two people carried out the install and then returned after the event to de-rig the exhibition stand.

The set up of everything was perfect and it was so great that everything was ready and waiting for us to dress on the Tuesday, I know not all stands were in this position but it allowed us to just arrive on Wednesday to start with a bang.
