Video Systems for Every Space
No two venues are the same, and neither are our video setups. Our engineers begin by assessing the room layout, delegate numbers, flying points, and presenter positions. This allows us to design a system that delivers full HD 1080p or 4K clarity, whether you're presenting to 20 people or 2,000.
We stock a wide range of playback and display options, including:
Unilumin 2.6mm LED Video Wall (ground-supported or flown, straight or curved)
LCD screens in 27”, 43”, 50”, 65”, 75”, and 98” 4K formats (Panasonic & Samsung)
Traditional and laser projectors with matching screens in various sizes and brightness levels
Every setup is designed to suit the venue and the nature of the event from immersive brand activations to clean, corporate presentations.
Delivering Video with Confidence and Control
Our video team doesn’t just install screens, we manage the entire visual environment with precision and care. Every event begins with a clear understanding of your format, venue, and content goals. From there, we design a tailored video system that supports your message and enhances the audience experience. Whether it’s a single screen or a multi-display setup, we ensure the visuals are sharp, the transitions are seamless, and the delivery is flawless.
We provide seamless switchers and scalers as standard, allowing us to transition between inputs smoothly and maintain redundancy in case of failure. Our inventory includes Barco S3, Analogue Way Pulse, and Blackmagic ATEM systems, giving us the flexibility to support a wide range of formats and technical requirements. PowerPoint content is delivered via high-spec Windows laptops, while video playback is handled using Apple MacBook Pros running Playback Pro software. For larger events, we provide comfort monitors for presenters, wireless clickers for slide control, and wired backups for peace of mind, because confidence on stage starts behind the scenes.
To maintain broadcast-level quality, we use SDI cabling and Blackmagic converters to ensure full HD signal integrity across all devices. Every cable, connector, and playback device is chosen for reliability and performance. Our technicians monitor the system in real time, adapting to live changes and resolving issues before they impact the experience. From rehearsals to live delivery, we’re focused on making your visuals work and making your event look exceptional.

Frequently Asked Questions:
System design, screen and display supply, signal distribution, playback, live switching, technical operation throughout the event, and de-rig. We design the video system around the venue, the content, and the audience — making sure every screen is in the right place, every source is reliable, and every transition is clean. Our operator is on site from get-in to get-out.
We carry a range of screens from 27" monitors through to 98" displays, plus projection systems for larger throws and LED video walls for high-impact applications. The right choice depends on the venue, the ambient light levels, the content, and the viewing distances involved. We specify what will actually work best, not just what's easiest.
Through professional video switching systems that allow us to seamlessly cut between laptops, cameras, pre-recorded content, live feeds, and playback sources. We use Blackmagic ATEM switchers and scalers to maintain signal integrity across multiple sources and outputs. Everything is tested thoroughly in advance and monitored throughout the event.
Yes — live streaming can be integrated into any video production. We capture a clean programme feed and encode it for streaming to your chosen platform. For hybrid events where the virtual audience is a priority, we design the video system with broadcast in mind from the start — not as an add-on at the end.
Yes — always. Our video engineers are experienced live event operators who understand show flow, anticipate transitions, and respond quickly when things change. They work closely with the audio engineer and show caller to make sure the visual and technical elements of the event run as one cohesive production.
