Every project gets a full risk assessment and method statement before anything goes on site. We work with your venue to make sure everything is agreed in advance, not sorted out on the day.All electrical equipment is PAT tested annually, and we can send certificates over whenever you need them.
We're insured by RSA Insurance: £10 million employers liability, £5 million public and product liability. Certificates are available to download below, or we can send them direct to your venue or procurement team.
ISO 27001, GDPR & Information Security
We're ISO 27001 certified - the international standard for information security management. In practice, that means your delegate data, event content and internal communications are handled through audited, documented processes. It covers everything from registration and badge printing through Premier Connects to content delivery and post-production through Premier Studios.
We're fully GDPR compliant. Our privacy policy is available to download below. If your legal team needs anything specific, a data processing agreement, details of our retention policies, or a walkthrough of how delegate data flows through our systems, just ask.
