We work with you to specify the right stage configuration for the venue and the event, supply all the platform sections, steps, handrails, and legs, and our crew builds and strikes it on site. The stage is inspected before use and signed off as safe before any act or speaker takes the stage.
We use Prolyte StageDex — one of the most widely trusted modular staging systems in the professional events industry. StageDex platforms are robust, consistent in height, and engineered to meet the load and safety requirements of professional events. All our stock is maintained to manufacturer standards and checked before every event.
We carry 1m x 1m, 2m x 1m, and 2m x 0.5m platforms, plus triangle sections for curved or angled configurations. Heights range from 20cm to over 1m. We can build stages from a small presentation riser to a large multi-level conference stage or performance platform. If you have a specific size or shape in mind, we'll tell you whether it's achievable and what it will take.
Yes — plain black stage deck is the standard, but we can add scenic fascia panels, custom printed wraps, LED uplighting, or integrated set elements to elevate the look. For events where the stage is a visible part of the room design, we work with our creative team to make it look the part as well as function correctly.
Yes — our crew builds the stage, checks all connections, and verifies it meets load requirements before use. For larger or elevated stages we can provide structural calculations and risk assessments. Safety is non-negotiable — we never hand over a stage that hasn't been properly inspected.
