At Cosmoprof North America – Beauty New York, we delivered a visually striking exhibition stand for No7 US, designed to showcase the brand's science-led skincare innovation. Hosted at The Oculus at The World Trade Center, the stand gave No7 the opportunity to exhibit at one of the beauty industry's most influential trade events.

Working across event management and creative design, we brought together two of our specialist teams to deliver a single, cohesive project. The brief was ambitious, an international trade show environment, a premium global brand, and a tight window to get everything right.

THE BRIEF

The objective was to create a bold and engaging brand presence that would attract media, press, buyers, industry professionals and the public. The stand needed to communicate No7's reputation for science-backed skincare, while standing out in a busy and highly competitive trade show environment.

No7 is a brand built on credibility, decades of clinical research and a loyal customer base that expects quality at every touchpoint. That reputation had to be felt the moment someone approached the stand, before they read a word or watched a second of video content. That meant getting the details right. The space, the flow, the graphics, the content on screen, every element had to pull in the same direction and reflect the brand at its best on a global stage.

Event Management

Our Event Management team handled the full operational delivery from start to finish, coordinating everything required to get the stand built, staffed and running smoothly at one of New York's most iconic venues.
Production scheduling, international shipping logistics and exhibition requirements were all managed centrally, with on-site support throughout the show. The stand was installed and technically signed off on schedule, ready for the exhibition opening without last-minute pressure.
Managing a project at this scale, across multiple time zones, with precise venue restrictions at The Oculus, required detailed planning and clear communication at every stage. The event ran without issue for the full duration of the show.

Creative

Premier Studios led the creative design of the stand, translating No7's science-led brand story into a physical environment built to engage and impress on a busy show floor.
A bespoke stand was designed to reflect No7's premium, science-backed positioning, with a layout and visitor journey that prioritised clear storytelling and strong brand visibility. All stand artwork, graphics and branded visual elements were produced in line with global No7 brand guidelines.
Video content was created specifically for the stand to highlight key product innovations and skincare technology, giving visitors an active reason to stop, watch and engage. Every decision, from product placement to footfall routing, was made to maximise impact within the trade show environment.

The Result

The finished stand delivered a high-impact brand presence for No7 within one of the beauty industry's most globally recognised trade events.
The project drew attention from media, press, consumers and industry visitors with the stand's visual identity and content cutting through in a competitive environment. Creative design, branded content and international event delivery came together as a single, seamless output.
The stand reinforced No7's reputation as a leader in science-led skincare innovation, and gave the brand a confident, standout presence at Cosmoprof North America.

The Visual Environment

Visually, the stand was built around No7's science-led identity, clean lines, considered use of brand colour, and a material palette that communicated precision and quality. The design had to work at a distance, drawing people in from across a busy show floor, and then hold attention up close through product detail, graphics and screen content.

Every visual element was signed off against global brand guidelines, ensuring the stand felt consistent with No7's wider marketing presence while being designed specifically for this environment.

Behind the Scenes

Events like this are built on months of preparation that visitors never see. Supplier coordination, freight logistics, technical drawings, venue permits, staffing schedules and content sign-off, all of it has to land in the right place at the right time.

Our two teams worked closely together throughout the process, with event management and creative running in parallel rather than in sequence. That coordination meant decisions were faster, problems were solved earlier, and the final result reflected a joined-up approach from brief to build.
