NO7 AT COSMOPROF
At Cosmoprof North America – Beauty New York, we delivered a visually striking exhibition stand for No7 US, designed to showcase the brand's science-led skincare innovation. Hosted at The Oculus at The World Trade Center, the stand gave No7 the opportunity to exhibit at one of the beauty industry's most influential trade events.
Working across event management and creative design, we brought together two of our specialist teams to deliver a single, cohesive project. The brief was ambitious, an international trade show environment, a premium global brand, and a tight window to get everything right.
THE BRIEF
The objective was to create a bold and engaging brand presence that would attract media, press, buyers, industry professionals and the public. The stand needed to communicate No7's reputation for science-backed skincare, while standing out in a busy and highly competitive trade show environment.
No7 is a brand built on credibility, decades of clinical research and a loyal customer base that expects quality at every touchpoint. That reputation had to be felt the moment someone approached the stand, before they read a word or watched a second of video content. That meant getting the details right. The space, the flow, the graphics, the content on screen, every element had to pull in the same direction and reflect the brand at its best on a global stage.

Visually, the stand was built around No7's science-led identity, clean lines, considered use of brand colour, and a material palette that communicated precision and quality. The design had to work at a distance, drawing people in from across a busy show floor, and then hold attention up close through product detail, graphics and screen content.
Every visual element was signed off against global brand guidelines, ensuring the stand felt consistent with No7's wider marketing presence while being designed specifically for this environment.
Behind the Scenes
Events like this are built on months of preparation that visitors never see. Supplier coordination, freight logistics, technical drawings, venue permits, staffing schedules and content sign-off, all of it has to land in the right place at the right time.
Our two teams worked closely together throughout the process, with event management and creative running in parallel rather than in sequence. That coordination meant decisions were faster, problems were solved earlier, and the final result reflected a joined-up approach from brief to build.
