Procurement Leaders partnered with PYTCH to deliver the World Procurement Congress & Awards 2023—a three-day event combining conference sessions, exhibitions, and a high-profile awards ceremony. The brief required a VIP experience for every delegate, with immersive staging, branded environments, and flawless technical delivery.

World Procurement Congress & Awards 2023: Strategic Production for a Global Event

Pre-Event Preperation

Our team collaborated with Procurement Leaders to design an event that balanced scale, creativity, and sustainability. Every element—from scenic design to technical infrastructure—was planned to reflect the client’s vision.

Main Stage Design
We built a plenary stage inspired by Eurovision and rock concert aesthetics, featuring dynamic lighting, LED walls, and timecoded effects. Breakout stages were upgraded with 3m-high LED wall sets, reinforcing brand identity across all spaces.

Exhibition and Scenic Elements
Custom CNC-machined exhibition stands were fabricated from sustainable materials for reuse year-on-year. We also created themed areas such as the Sustainability Lounge and bespoke props to enhance the delegate experience.

Digital Content and Signage
Our content team designed a full suite of digital assets for screens throughout the venue. We deployed our custom signage platform, Signwave, to manage real-time updates and event information.

On-Site Execution

The event spanned multiple zones, requiring precise coordination and responsive technical support.

Conference and Breakout Delivery
We installed LED walls, advanced lighting rigs, and premium audio systems across plenary and breakout spaces. Our technicians managed transitions and supported speakers throughout the schedule.

Broadcast Stage Integration
A live newsroom was built on the exhibition floor to stream interviews and sessions to remote audiences. This added a new dimension of engagement and extended the event’s reach beyond the venue.

Awards Ceremony Production
The show concluded with a spectacular awards ceremony featuring timecoded lighting, pyrotechnics, and broadcast-style videography. An after-party with DJ sets, dancers, and walkabout performers capped off the experience.
