Spaces That Impress

Grosvenor House offers two principal event spaces: The Great Room and The Ballroom. The Great Room is the larger of the two, accommodating over 1,000 guests in cabaret format. Its 6m ceiling height allows for large-scale set builds, LED video walls, and dramatic lighting rigs. A wraparound balcony provides ideal positions for follow spots, projectors, and control desks.

The Ballroom, while smaller, is still substantial. With a ceiling height of over 4m, it’s perfect for receptions, product launches, and broadcast-style events. We’ve used it as a pre-show space for awards ceremonies and as a standalone venue for conferences and brand activations.

Both rooms benefit from strong three-phase power and flexible access routes, allowing us to install red carpets, media walls, and outdoor lighting at both Park Lane and Park Street entrances.

Perfect Infrastructure

The Great Room features a permanent rigging system, including dead-hung scaffold and multiple motor hoist points. This allows for efficient installation of lighting, audio, and video systems even under tight build schedules. The venue’s preferred rigging partner supports safe and timely setup.

Power is never a concern. Both spaces offer ample three-phase supply, supporting high-demand AV setups including large LED walls, multi-channel audio systems, and full-scale lighting rigs. We’ve delivered everything from fashion shows to multi-camera broadcast events with ease.

Access is straightforward, with clear load-in routes and flexible build windows. Our team is familiar with the venue’s logistics and works closely with in-house teams to ensure smooth delivery.
