SPAR South Africa 2024: Global AV Delivery for a Multi-Day Stakeholder Event

Pre-Event Preperation

Planning for SPAR South Africa began months in advance. Our team scoped the resort’s infrastructure, coordinated logistics, and partnered with a local production team to ensure smooth delivery on-site.

Technical Design
We designed AV setups for conference sessions, dinner parties, and entertainment zones. Equipment lists included large LED screens, video relay systems, and ROBE lighting fixtures to create dynamic visual environments.

Content Planning
Our creative team developed custom graphics and video assets for the event, ensuring all content aligned with SPAR’s brand identity. Photography and videography workflows were mapped for rapid editing and overnight delivery.

Logistics and Coordination

On-Site Execution

The event spanned multiple areas of The Palace Resort, requiring precise coordination and responsive technical support.

Conference Production
We installed three large LED screens for plenary sessions, supported by full video relay and custom content playback. Audio was delivered via Martin Audio systems, ensuring clarity across all spaces.

Scenic and Interactive Features
A highlight of the event was our HUDOR water screen, installed in the resort’s wave pool to create a stunning visual experience. Additional lighting and scenic elements were deployed across dinner and entertainment zones.

Content Capture
Our team provided full photography and videography coverage, delivering overnight edits for client review. This ensured timely social media updates and post-event engagement.
