Premier Events partnered with KFC to deliver Champs In Paradise, a three-day reward and incentive travel experience in Malta for top-performing team members. Designed to celebrate success and strengthen team bonds, the event combined adventure, culture, and luxury in a seamless programme curated by our Event Management team.

Reward And Incentive Travel - Champs In Paradise

Pre-Event Preperation

Our team worked closely with KFC over several months to plan every detail of the Champs Club experience. From site visits to weekly calls, the programme was shaped to deliver impact and ease.

Concept Development and Planning
We collaborated with the client to design a three-day itinerary that balanced adventure, culture, and downtime, tailored to the Champs Club audience.

Venue and Supplier Coordination
Our team sourced and confirmed venues across Malta and Gozo, managing catering, transport, and entertainment logistics with local partners.

Delegate Travel and Lounge Access
We arranged airport lounge access at Gatwick and coordinated group travel, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to the journey.

On-Site Team Assignment
Senior Event Managers Charlie and Amy led the programme on location, overseeing delivery and supporting delegates throughout the experience.

On-Site Execution

From the moment delegates arrived in Malta, every detail was designed to impress. Our team delivered a seamless experience across multiple venues and activities.

Day One: Arrival and Welcome Dinner
Delegates were greeted with refreshments at check-in, followed by a welcome dinner at OKA’s The Villa, offering traditional cuisine and scenic views.

Day Two: Gozo Jeep Safari and Sunset Cruise
A ferry to Gozo kicked off a Jeep Safari challenge with team-building tasks and prizes. The day ended with a sunset drinks reception aboard a Turkish Gullet and dinner at Chophouse.

Day Three: Cultural Exploration and Farewell
Delegates chose between a walking tour of Valletta or hotel leisure time, followed by lunch at Paranga and a smooth departure via Malta airport lounge.

Our DMS team ensured fast check-ins, real-time tracking, and personalised support throughout the trip, enhancing the VIP experience.

Post-Event Wrap-Up
