Premier Events was proud to support Jamie’s Quiz Night 2025, a heartfelt charity event held in memory of Jamie and in aid of the Teenage Cancer Trust. Hosted at the Leicester Tigers Ground, the evening brought together the local community for a night of quizzing, food, and fundraising, raising an incredible £16,000 for the cause.

Pre-Event Preperation

On-Site Execution

The evening featured a lively quiz, raffle prizes, and a hearty meal, all delivered in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team ensured the technical setup enhanced the experience without distraction.

Audio Solutions
We deployed L-ACOUSTICS SB18 and X8 speakers to ensure clear sound for quiz questions, announcements, and background music.

Lighting Enhancements
ETC Source Four fixtures and Prolight QB1 Hex IP uplighters were used to create a vibrant and inviting atmosphere throughout the venue.

Technical Control
Systems included Yamaha QL1 and DM3 mixers (Dante), plus Blackmagic ATEM Mini for video switching, ensuring smooth transitions and presentations.

On-Site Support
Ryan and Ben managed all live technical delivery, responding to real-time needs and ensuring the event ran without a hitch.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

Following the event, our team de-rigged equipment and checked in with organisers to review performance and gather feedback. The response was overwhelmingly positive.

All equipment was packed down quickly and professionally, leaving the venue clean and ready for its next event.
