Premier Events partnered with AGA Rangemaster to deliver a two-day sales kick-off event designed to energise the team, align strategic goals, and create a memorable delegate experience. Held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Stratford Upon Avon, the event welcomed 45 delegates for a mix of conferences, workshops, and entertainment.

On-Site Execution

The event was delivered over two days, combining structured sessions with relaxed networking and entertainment. Our team ensured smooth transitions and consistent delegate experience throughout.

Day One: Conference and Entertainment
Delegates attended conference sessions followed by lunch, then transitioned into an evening of dinner, drinks, and live music from Conor Grace.

Day Two: Workshops and Departure
Interactive workshops allowed deeper engagement with key topics. The event concluded with lunch and departure, with all logistics managed by our team.

On-Site Coordination
Led by Senior Event Manager Kelly Green, our team provided full on-site support, liaising with venue staff and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.

From arrival to departure, delegates enjoyed a well-paced, engaging event with clear communication, comfortable surroundings, and professional support.
