Pre-Event Preperation

On-Site Execution

The VOX was transformed into a vibrant, high-energy space with dynamic lighting, immersive sound, and custom décor. Guests were welcomed into a fully branded environment designed to impress.

Lighting, Sound, and Visuals
Moving lights, colour washes, and a large LED video wall created a nightclub atmosphere, supported by a powerful sound system for DJ, sax, and bongo performances.

Custom Build and Styling
Our Woodshop team delivered a shimmer wall, branded décor, and stylish furniture to elevate the venue’s aesthetic and create focal points for photography.

Delegate Management Services
Guests were checked in via iPads, with real-time tracking and personalised service ensuring a smooth and VIP-style entry experience.

Entertainment and Experiences
Live performances, a ring light photo booth, branded hand stamps, and gourmet catering kept guests energised and immersed throughout the evening.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

Following the event, our team handled de-rig, feedback collection, and internal review. The transformation was praised for its creativity, execution, and impact.
