AV That Performs

Rushton Hall’s high ceilings and varied room layouts demand a carefully engineered AV setup. In the ballroom, we deployed L-ACOUSTICS X8 and 5XT speakers with SB18 subs for rich, even sound. Wireless mic systems from Sennheiser and DPA headsets ensured flexibility and clarity for presenters.

Lighting was delivered using Elation Sixbar 1000s and Prolight QB1 uplighters, creating a warm, focused atmosphere. For visuals, we installed dual 75″ Samsung displays, a 43″ comfort monitor, and a Panasonic PT-RZ970 10K projector all managed via Blackmagic and Decimator switching systems.

Breakout rooms were equally well-equipped, with 55″ displays, wireless audio, HDMI inputs, and silent disco headphones for focused sessions. Every space was optimised for clarity, comfort, and engagement.

Staging That Elevates

A professional stage setup is essential for impact and flow. At Rushton Hall, we built custom stages using Prolyte StageDex platforms, finished with white carpet and casement for a clean, premium look. Truss systems supported lighting and projection, ensuring stability and flexibility.

Set design extended to breakout zones and reception areas, maintaining visual consistency and brand presence throughout the venue. Every detail from screen placement to lighting angles was considered to enhance the delegate experience.

Beyond aesthetics, staging also plays a functional role in presenter confidence and audience engagement. Our setups are designed to support speaker movement, accommodate comfort monitors, and integrate seamlessly with AV systems, ensuring presenters feel at ease and delegates remain focused.

Behind the scenes, our crew and logistics planning ensured smooth execution. Each event was supported by a dedicated production manager, sound and video technicians, and local crew. Equipment was transported via 3.5T vans, with accommodation and sustenance arranged to keep the team energised.
