AV That Performs
Lighting was delivered using Elation Sixbar 1000s and Prolight QB1 uplighters, creating a warm, focused atmosphere. For visuals, we installed dual 75″ Samsung displays, a 43″ comfort monitor, and a Panasonic PT-RZ970 10K projector all managed via Blackmagic and Decimator switching systems.
Breakout rooms were equally well-equipped, with 55″ displays, wireless audio, HDMI inputs, and silent disco headphones for focused sessions. Every space was optimised for clarity, comfort, and engagement.

Set design extended to breakout zones and reception areas, maintaining visual consistency and brand presence throughout the venue. Every detail from screen placement to lighting angles was considered to enhance the delegate experience.
