PYTCH was proud to deliver the Performance Marketing Awards for another year, hosted at the iconic Grosvenor House Hotel. With its vast 34,000 sq ft pillarless ballroom accommodating up to 2,000 guests, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for an evening celebrating excellence in marketing and campaign innovation.

Performance Marketing Awards 2024

Pre-Event Preperation

Our team worked closely with Hello Partner to design a production layout that maximised the venue’s scale and complemented the event’s brand identity.

Stage and LED Wall Design
We installed over 190 LED panels to create a stunning 14m-wide video wall, paired with a 50ft stage to serve as the focal point of the evening. This combination provided a dynamic backdrop for presentations, entertainment, and award moments.

Technical Planning
Leveraging Grosvenor House’s in-house rigging and power infrastructure, we mapped out lighting, audio, and video positions to ensure efficient installation. Pre-programming and content testing were completed ahead of time to guarantee smooth playback.

Client Collaboration
Regular communication with the client ensured all creative and technical elements aligned with their vision. Our team provided visual mockups and technical schematics for approval before arriving on-site.

On-Site Execution

With a tight build schedule, our crew worked efficiently to deliver a flawless setup. The LED wall and stage were installed and tested within hours, thanks to meticulous planning and coordination.

Lighting and Audio Integration
We utilised the venue’s existing rigging and supplemented it with additional fixtures to create a vibrant, celebratory atmosphere. Audio systems were calibrated for clarity, ensuring speeches and entertainment were delivered without compromise.

Show Control and Playback
Our operators managed video playback, lighting cues, and audio transitions from a central control position, ensuring seamless flow throughout the evening.

Guest Experience
The combination of large-scale visuals, dynamic lighting, and immersive sound created an unforgettable experience for attendees, reinforcing the prestige of the awards.
