PYTCH collaborated with Identity to deliver a fully branded awards show featuring live entertainment, a DJ, and immersive scenic elements. Identity 2024: Immersive AV and Scenic Design for a Branded Awards Show

Pre-Event Preperation

The concept for Identity 2024 centred around bold geometry and immersive lighting. Our team worked closely with Identity to understand the brand’s visual language and translate it into physical and digital elements that would elevate the event experience.

Scenic and Lighting Design
We fabricated a custom concentric ring set piece for the main stage, wrapped in PixNet LED tape for pixel-level control. Triangular Titan Tube fixtures were designed and hung asymmetrically from the ceiling to reflect the client’s brand motif and add depth to the space.

Photo Backdrop Creation
To support guest engagement, we designed and built a bespoke photo backdrop that matched the event’s visual theme. This became a focal point for attendees, offering a branded space for social sharing and memorable moments.

Technical Planning
Our AV team scoped the venue’s infrastructure and designed a layout that supported lighting, sound, and video playback. All elements were pre-programmed and tested to ensure smooth integration on-site.

On-Site Execution

On the day of the event, our crew delivered a seamless experience across all zones. From stage lighting to interactive installations, every detail was executed with precision.

Main Stage Production
The PixNet LED tape was programmed to synchronise with the opening video sequence, extending visual effects from screen to stage. The Titan Tubes added dynamic lighting accents, enhancing the atmosphere and reinforcing the brand identity.

Guest Experience Enhancements
The custom photo backdrop was a hit with attendees, providing a visually striking space for photos and social content. Lighting and scenic elements were designed to encourage interaction and movement throughout the venue.

Live Entertainment Support
Our team provided full AV support for the DJ and live acts, ensuring clear audio, responsive lighting, and smooth transitions between segments. Control positions were coordinated to maintain consistency and timing across all show elements.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

The event was a success, with positive feedback from both Identity and their client. The integration of brand, scenic design, and AV production created a cohesive and memorable experience.
