Main Plenary Setup
A 10×3 metre stage with dual 14ft screens and L-ACOUSTICS Kara line array created an immersive experience for all delegates.

Breakout Room Support
Seven breakout rooms were equipped with projectors, screens, and PA systems, allowing focused sessions to run smoothly.

Speaker Preview Room
A dedicated space allowed presenters to rehearse, review slides, and prepare before stepping onto the main stage.

Expo AV and Power
Over 40 stands were powered and supported with AV, enabling exhibitors to showcase products and services without disruption.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

Following the conference, our team handled de-rig, feedback collection, and internal review. The event was praised for its professionalism, technical quality, and smooth delivery.
