Premier Events was proud to support Pallex’s annual awards night, transforming the Hilton Birmingham Metropole into a high-impact celebration space. From the main stage to the reception area, our AV team delivered a seamless experience that combined technical precision with creative flair.

Audio Visual Company Success at the Pallex Awards Night

Pre-Event Preperation

Our production team worked closely with Pallex to scope the event, design the AV layout, and prepare equipment for a high-impact delivery. Every detail was planned to ensure clarity, atmosphere, and reliability.

Stage and Set Design
We installed a 10m x 4m carpeted stage with large steps and a branded acrylic lectern, creating a premium platform for presenters and winners.

Lighting and Atmosphere Planning
Over 30 moving heads, 24 uplighters, and LED battens were programmed to create dynamic lighting effects throughout the ballroom and reception areas.

Audio System Configuration
L-ACOUSTICS Kara line array and XT series speakers were selected to deliver pristine sound across the venue, managed via Yamaha consoles.

Projection and Screen Setup
Dual Panasonic 10k laser projectors powered 14ft screens, with transparent glass autocue systems and repeater screens for presenter support.

On-Site Execution

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole was transformed into a vibrant awards venue, with AV elements working in harmony to deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.

Lighting and Visual Impact
Lighting fixtures created a celebratory mood, while sparkular effects added drama during key award moments.

Audio Delivery and Presenter Tools
Wireless and lectern mics, clickers, and autocue systems ensured smooth transitions and confident delivery throughout the programme.

Reception Area Styling
Lighting and sound were extended into the drinks reception area, maintaining a consistent experience across all event zones.

Exterior Branding Projection
Ayrton Perseo fixtures projected the Pallex logo onto the hotel façade, creating a bold visual statement visible from afar.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

Following the awards ceremony, our team handled de-rig, client feedback, and internal review. The event was praised for its technical excellence and immersive delivery.
