Premier Events began a new strategic partnership with IAPS in 2024, delivering AV production across a series of conferences throughout the UK. Our goal was to elevate the delegate experience through tailored AV setups, branded environments, and seamless technical delivery.

IAPS Conferences Embrace Premier AV Support

Pre-Event Preperation

Our production team worked closely with IAPS to scope requirements, design branded AV environments, and prepare equipment for consistent delivery across venues.

Set and Screen Design
We constructed a clean, white 10×3 metre set with a central 10ft rear-projection screen, flanked by vinyl-cut logos for brand presence.

Lighting and Colour Wash
LED uplighters were programmed to match IAPS brand colours, creating a cohesive and professional visual identity.

Audio System Planning
L-ACOUSTICS X8 speakers, LA4x amps, and Yamaha DM3 mixers were selected to deliver crystal-clear sound across all sessions.

Presenter Support Tools
Comfort monitors, wireless mics, and lecterns were prepared to ensure smooth transitions and confident delivery for all speakers.

On-Site Execution

Our team delivered AV support across plenary and breakout spaces, ensuring every delegate could engage with content clearly and comfortably.

Plenary Room Setup
The main session room featured a high-luminosity 10k laser projector, four 55″ screens, and a 43″ comfort monitor for presenters.

Breakout Room AV
Five breakout rooms were equipped with 3k projectors, 6ft screens, and audio inputs, maintaining AV consistency across smaller sessions.

Lighting and Atmosphere
The set was washed in brand-matched LED lighting, enhancing the visual impact and creating a welcoming environment.

On-Site Technical Support
Two dedicated technicians provided live support throughout the event, ensuring smooth operation and responsive adjustments.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

Following each conference, our team handled de-rig, client feedback, and internal review. The partnership with IAPS continues to grow, with future events already in planning.

All AV equipment was removed swiftly and professionally, ready for redeployment at the next IAPS venue.
