Côte Restaurants partnered with Premier Events to deliver a series of immersive Alpine-themed activations across eight of their UK locations. The goal was to transform outdoor terraces into cosy winter retreats and drive engagement with their seasonal Alpine menu through a mix of styling, entertainment, and experiential marketing.

Bringing the Alps to Côte Premier Events’ Alpine Activations

Pre-Event Preperation

Our Event Management team worked closely with Côte to define the creative vision, logistics, and delivery schedule. With eight locations to transform in just three days, meticulous planning was essential to ensure consistency and quality across the board.

Terrace Styling and Theming
We sourced a full suite of Alpine-inspired décor, including faux fur sheepskins, festoon lighting, and ski props. Each item was chosen to evoke the warmth and charm of a winter retreat.

Creative Collaboration
To enhance the visual impact, we partnered with a specialist window artist to design and apply bespoke Alpine-themed illustrations at each site, adding a unique and localised touch.

Logistics and Scheduling
With six sites in London and two in Bath and Liverpool, we developed a tightly coordinated schedule. Jack and Laura led the rollout, supported by a wider team managing transport, accommodation, and setup.

Team Coordination
Dedicated event managers and technicians were assigned to each activation, ensuring consistent delivery standards and responsive support throughout the campaign.

On-Site Execution

The transformation of each Côte terrace was delivered seamlessly, with styling, lighting, and window art bringing the Alpine concept to life across all eight locations.

Each site was styled to evoke the feel of a cosy Alpine retreat. Fairy lights, themed props, and ambient lighting created a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Pop-Up Highlights
Five locations hosted Saturday events featuring a ski lift photo zone, live DJ, and Sassy Calvados sampling. These elements encouraged interaction and extended dwell time.

Atmosphere and Ambience
Outdoor heaters and Alpine props enhanced the setting, drawing in passers-by and encouraging guests to explore Côte’s seasonal menu in a memorable environment.

Team Presence
Each activation was supported by one event manager and one technician from Premier Events, ensuring smooth setup, live coordination, and a consistent guest experience.

Post-Event Wrap-Up

After the final pop-up, our team returned to each location to de-rig and remove all styling and technical elements with minimal disruption to restaurant operations.

De-Rig and Equipment Removal
All equipment was packed and cleared efficiently, leaving each site clean and ready for business as usual.

Client Liaison and Feedback
We held follow-up conversations with Côte’s marketing and operations teams to review performance. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with praise for the immersive quality and attention to detail.

Performance Review
Internally, we assessed the campaign to identify learnings and opportunities for future activations. The success of this project has already sparked discussions around future seasonal campaigns.
