We work with couples on weddings of all sizes, from large, lavish celebrations for hundreds of guests, or simple but sophisticated, intimate weddings. Whatever the scale or style of your wedding, we ensure that the end result is an impeccable event, delivered to the highest of standards.

Everybody has different commitments, so we make sure that we work in a way that fits with your lifestyle. If you live abroad but would like to marry in the UK, we are happy to work across time-zones to fit in with your schedule. Most importantly, wherever you are in the world, we will make sure that you feel involved and in control at all times.

Your dedicated wedding planner will take the time to get to know you, gaining a deep understanding of your tastes and preferences; enabling us create your perfect celebration. Your wedding should be as unique as you are, so we offer a completely bespoke service, tailored to you.

 

Defining Your Vision

The first step towards planning your perfect wedding day is making sure that both you and we understand what would make your perfect celebration. We listen carefully to your thoughts and ideas, things that you would like and perhaps also things that you wouldn’t as well. Through this process we really get to know you, and from there we work to create mood boards for different themes and ideas. We begin to discuss guest numbers, locations, budget and all the important details that will shape your day.

 

The Perfect Venue

Your choice of venue will shape just about every other aspect of your day, so it’s naturally one of the first things to arrange. From our consultations, we will know the size, style and potential locations and facilities required. Using our venue database and extensive research, we will present a shortlist to you and arrange viewings as required. Once the final decision has been made, we will negotiate on your behalf and take care of all the paperwork.

Styling & Theming

Using the mood boards created in our initial consultations as a starting point, we will create a coherent theme and style for your day that works in harmony with your venue and your plans.

We will of course keep you involved every step of the way.

 

Superb Suppliers

From the florist, to the photographer and the entertainment, and many more besides; the key suppliers can make or break your most special celebration.

With over a decade in the wedding industry, we have a network of experienced and professional suppliers that we know will work to our high standards.

 

Invites & RSVPs

Whether your style is bold and impactful, or boutique and hand-made, we are able to source all types of invitations and use professional graphic designers for bespoke creations.

Just as with all our services: after a detailed consultation, a selection of styles and designs will be presented, and once a final decision is made a final proof will be sent for your approval. We can take care of the tedious process of sending the invites and tracking RSVPs to ensure that everybody special in your life can attend your celebration.

 

Making It Run Like Clockwork

A large amount of the work is put in by our team communicating, scheduling and coordinating the numerous elements to create a magical wedding experience.

On the day, your dedicated wedding planner will be the first to arrive and the last to leave, ensuring that everybody and every element is in the right place at the right time.

From the setup of the venue, to the smooth running of the various events, all of the careful planning will pay off as everything runs exactly to plan, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the magical occasion.
