Pretty much anything Italian but can’t beat a good Spaghetti Carbonara

Q: If you could be a superhero, what superpower would you have?

Speed, I could get so many more emails done if I could type faster!

Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?

Watch ‘Say yes to the dress’ and for those who don’t know it, it’s an American show about wedding dresses. I thought I’d get fed up of it after I got married but I’m still obsessed a year on!

Q: What have you always wanted to do, but never done?

Travel around Italy for a few weeks, eating pasta and ice cream and drinking wine (might need a chauffeur!)

Q: What, if anything, have you ever re-gifted?

Couldn’t possibly say!

Q: What was the worst punishment you received at school?

A lunchtime detention when another girl hit me (so not fair)!

Q: If you were a piece of Premier equipment, what would you be and why?

A production case, as it’s well organised, and has all the tools to make sure your event goes smoothly (known to get you out of many a sticky situation on site)!

Q: What’s your favourite 90’s song?

Genie in a Bottle by Christina Aguilera, I used to listen to it on repeat!

Q: What’s the best event you’ve ever worked on and why?

KFC’s annual conference, which we organised in Glasgow. In particular their awards dinner, we got such amazing feedback on the production and entertainment, it’s always a great feeling to know you have exceeded a client’s expectations!
