As a brand new product to the market, it’s unlikely that your guests will have experienced anything like the mosaic wall before.
The photo mosaic wall is a great way to attract people to have their photo taken at your event. It can be used at award ceremonies, conferences, product launches and exhibitions and provides a great way to increase your brand awareness.
We are based in Leicester but can deliver, install and run the photo mosaic wall across the UK and throughout Europe and America.
So what is A Photo Mosaic Wall?
Put simply, the photo mosaic wall creates a mosaic of an image or logo, using photos taken at an event.
We can provide different sized canvases depending on the number of guests at your event and the complexity of your image.
Our team have designed 4 standard sized photo mosaics for corporate events:
- Small: 18 x 18 photo mosaic (324 photos)
- Medium: 25 x 25 photo mosaic (625 photos)
- Large: 40 x 25 photo mosaic (1,000 photos)
- Extra Large: 60 x 35 photo mosaic (2,100 photos)
Each photo mosaic wall is printed onto 5mm Foamex which we apply to a modular frame that we provide to your event.
The small, medium and large packages have space under the mosaic grid that can be used to brand the photo mosaic wall. If no branding is booked we will provide a plain panel with Photo Mosaic Wall printed on it.
Where do the PHOTO MOSAIC images come from?
1: Magic Selfie Mirror. Our magic selfie mirrors can seamlessly send the photos taken throughout the event to the mosaic wall. The magic mirror will also send a text to the guest with a digital copy of the photo, as well as print a 6’ x 4’ print.
2: Social Media. By using an event hashtag we can print any images posted to Twitter or Instagram that have been tagged with your event hashtag.
3: Event Photographer. If your photographer can provide us with a memory stick of photos they have taken at the event we can use these as part of the mosaic.
4: iPad Selfie Mirrors. Our specially designed ipad selfie mirrors are designed like a traditional handheld mirror that can be used by your guests to take selfie pictures at the event.
5: SELFIE STATIONS – Our NEW Ring light, GIF & #HASHTAG booths can be perfectly integrated into all mosaic packages especially with a custom backdrop.
6: TEXT IN SERVICE – Our text in service allows guests to take their own photos and whatsapp them to us. We can display the number on the mosaic footer or custom banners alternatively we can supply the number pre-event to be used on custom displays.
Digital & Printed Options
As well as creating a printed image that you can keep after the event, we will also display and provide you with a digital copy. We can provide you with a number of LCD screens on the wall or on Parabella Stands around your venue to stream the live photo mosaic to guests as the mosaic takes shape throughout the event.
Our mosaic hosts will be on hand to apply the printed labels to the correct grid location, ensuring that the final mosaic looks as expected.
