Whittlebury Hall – Christmas Party

Premier provided full AV production in 2014 for this Christmas party at whittlebury hall

Since 2009 we have been providing the same client, with the décor and entertainment for their staff Christmas parties.

This client has 3 parties each year, in 3 different locations. In 2014 these events took place in Leeds, Liverpool and Northampton, with a total of 1,300 people in attendance.

We are involved right from the start of the planning process in February/March, all the way through to the nights themselves. Each year we provide new theming, entertainment and décor ideas for the events and work with the client to ensure each event is fully planned and runs seamlessly.

For the Northampton party in 2014 we transformed the Brooklands Suite at Whittlebury Hall.

Drinks Reception:

• Plasma screens displaying the table plans
• PA system playing background music as well as a microphone for speeches

Brooklands Suite:

• Full venue dressing in ShowLED starcloth
• Truss box with moving head lighting effects and mirror balls
• Black starlit dancefloor
• Stage lighting
• L’Acoustics PA system for the band and DJ
• HD cameras and 50” plasma screens
• Illuminated Ice Buckets for the tables
• LED Furniture for guests to chill out on near the bar area

 Evening entertainment:

• Photo booth made from drape and star cloth
• Professional photographer and assistant to print the photos
• Plasmas around the venue to display the guests photos
• Photo website for guests to download their photos after the event
• One of our corporate DJs

The event was as usual a huge success and we are already planning the 2015 parties.
