Wedding Reception at Walton hall, Premier provided, LOVE letters, white starlit dance floor, bespoke image projection and chair covers

Kirsty contacted Premier Events back in April 2016 to enquire about chair covers and a dance floor for her wedding that took place at Walton Hall.

We have only been to Walton Hall on a handful of occasions so it was great to get over there and get to know the venue and the events team a little better.

We liaised with Walton Hall in regards to set up and timings and we arranged a meeting for September in the hope to work with Walton Hall more. So if you are thinking about getting married there, do get in touch, I’m sure we can help!

Our white spandex chair covers fit all chairs no matter the venue. This year Premier Weddings took the plunge and decided that the cotton chair covers just didn’t look the part unless they fit the chair perfectly, which rarely happened. So we purchased more spandex covers and we are thrilled with the results. Kirsty wanted a baby pink sash alongside a lace sash over to the top. The combination of the two sashes creates an elegant finish, what more does a bride dream of?

Kirsty also hired our Illuminated LOVE Letters. They are a fantastic source of light for your evening reception and are always the main focal point no matter where you place them. They are heavy (yet mobile), so you can choose where you want them as long as there is a plug socket in sight! Kirsty chose the far corner of the courtyard suite for the LOVE letters to stand, so that they were the first things her guests saw as they entered the room.

Our trusty White Starlit Dance Floor also made an appearance at Kirsty’s wedding for that extra special first dance! Each panel is checked and cleaned before every event to ensure it looks the best it possibly can do on your wedding night. The White Starlit Dance Floors are so popular because they have such an impact on the appearance of the reception room. They also add that little bit of sparkle that every bride wants!

Every client wants something that is different, unique, that no one else has had, sound familiar? Well we agree! Everybody’s wedding day should be bespoke to them, and have things that represent them as couple. Kirsty and now her husband Rhys chose to have Bespoke Image Projection. They designed their own gobo and had the light projected onto the dance floor. Image projection is one of our favourite things to do here at Premier Events because it’s different every time. It gives our clients the opportunity to get their personalities across through their chosen wedding décor! We love the variety that we have seen over the years, some are classical and traditional, whilst others are creative and stylish!
