With our virtual event hampers, we have been delivering aspects of in person events, to the comfort of people’s homes.

To include catering at a recent virtual awards event, we teamed up with the amazing team at Social Pantry to come up with menus that could be sent out to attendees to enjoy from the comfort of their own home. This was first piloted during a previous event, where we created a four-course menu and several wine choices, which guests could choose via our event registration site. Attendees could choose from a variety of nibbles, soups, mains, and dessert options, depending on what best suited their fancy.

Once all menus were picked and chosen, we then began work on how to add a the clients branding to the virtual event hampers, which first started by compiling ideas of swag that could be added to each hamper. Each attendee received a branded apron, napkin, tea towel, ice cube tray and coasters along with two NIO cocktails for guests to enjoy after their meal. The Premier team spent three days wrapping each of the gifts in branded tissue paper and stickers and finished off with branded ribbons and twine to add the final touch.

With there being many special diets for the event, we wanted to ensure people had confidence that the food in their hamper met their requirements. We had instruction cards written for each individual course, which was then packed into personalised envelopes with each attendee’s name on, as well as Halal stickers on all Halal meat to ensure attendees peace of mind.

With everything ready to go, the Premier team travelled down to Social Pantry, where they assisted and proofed the virtual event hampers to ensure high standards and accuracy. All hampers were sent to arrive the day before the event, to allow time to send any additional hampers if required.

The overall feedback from the event was some of the best we have received in years with the food getting rave reviews and the gifts being used on the night. The whole event turned out to be a great success, so much so that the client sent out more on their next event and have plans to send more for future events.
