Training Day’s at Premier

Internal training and development is an important part of life at Premier Events.

Recently we held an internal training session for some of the warehouse and event crew team.

We know how important it is to ensure that our team are fully trained across the thousands of products that we hold in stock within our warehouse.

Having regular training sessions allows our team to not only refresh their knowledge but also to keep up to date with the latest changes in the industry.

Providing internal training also allows employees to continue to evolve and develop their skills, which in turn can often lead to career development within Premier.

Where possible, we always like to fill vacancies internally before opening the position to external applicants as this provides staff with promotion opportunities.
