Stubton Hall – LOVE Letters

This June we hired out our 5ft Illuminated LOVE Letters to our wonderful client Victoria. Victoria enquired with us back in July 2015 and was eager to get her hands on the LOVE Letters she had seen at Stubton Hall’s Wedding Fair. We have worked at Stubton Hall for many years now and we really love the venue!

We have built a great relationship with the guys over at Stubton Hall and we regularly catch up with Jessica and Rachel in regard to what events they have going on.  Victoria organised the LOVE Letters with our Senior Wedding Coordinator Libbie. They discussed timings of delivery and collection and the positioning the 5ft LOVE Letters.

Stubton Hall is situated in the heart of Newark and as we are based in Leicester it is less than an hour’s travel. We love this local and prestige wedding venue; it really is one of our favourites!

Victoria wanted the LOVE Letters delivered early on the Friday before the ceremony started and set up in the Orangery along the back wall. Our crew delivered the LOVE Letters first thing and polished them onsite for that perfect photo finish.

We spread the letters evenly along the back wall of the Stubton Hall’s Orangery to the left of where the DJ had set up. We then returned that evening (1am to be precise), to collect the letters. The LOVE Letters are really easy to put together and dismantle but we do recommend that once we have installed them, you don’t move them without a member of Premier Weddings crew at hand as they are incredibly heavy.

Victoria had the LOVE Letters along the back wall for the entire event, they add a great sense of light to your evening reception and are the perfect photo opportunity. Victoria’s guests were wowed by how bright they are and the difference they made to the room.

Also on Victoria’s order was a modern day Royal Mail Post Box in Ivory. We personalised the front of the post box so that it had Mr and Mrs Tyson and the date of their wedding across the front. Our post boxes can be personalised to whatever you would like, or we can send you a template to customise yourself.

All in all, Victoria was incredibly happy with our service and products provided by Premier Weddings. It was great working alongside Victoria and we would also like to congratulate her on her wedding day!
