Stapleford Park Wedding

Sam and Eric got married at the wonderful Stapleford Park this July. We worked hand in hand with the one and only Natalie Hewitt Wedding and Event Planner. We love to work with Natalie, so much so, we are doing another fabulous wedding in December.

Natalie first approached us along with Stapleford Park dream team Sophie Flowers and Co and Photo Rachel Connerton. We met at Stapleford Park back in the early months of 2017 to discuss their requirements. Premier Events went through in detail suggestions and ideas on décor, lighting and sound.

On the day we provided furniture for outside the Orangery. The Orangery is such a fabulous room that often guests tend to congregate in there. Furniture outside the Orangery on the day is always a good idea. We provided poseur tables that we clothed and tied with blush pink bows. We also had LED floods to light up the main house.

Sam and Eric had a small blessing, in the chapel, with their parents just before the ceremony took place. In the chapel we provided a very simple PA system with speakers. This allowed all those attending the chapel ceremony to hear each word perfectly. As well as the Chapel, Sam and Eric required a small PA package for their ceremony in the Orangery. This was made up of 4 5XT speakers and microphone. A lot of our clients ask for a PA system during the ceremony, this makes sure all their guests can hear the words exchanged, as there is nothing worse than not being able to hear when a ceremony is taking place. Natalie also asked for some extra décor for the Orangery during the ceremony, so we provided our glass storm lanterns and a white aisle carpet so that when Sam walked down the aisle, she had the finishing touches every bride needs.

During the wedding breakfast, we provided Elation Sixbar uplighting set to light pink, white table cloths that dropped to the floor, a third PA system for speeches and a 5x3m stage for their entertainment.

For the evening reception we provided a range of lighting that turned the Grand Hall into a night club. With our lighting technician on site from the get go, Natalie was in good hands. Our lighting technicians allow changes to be made their and then, but also ensure that your light show is top notch for your reception!

We have provided wedding décor, sound and lighting at Stapleford Park for over 15 years now, and we are looking forward to the future with them and the lovely Natalie Hewitt!
