White starlit dance floor, draping, illuminated letters and aisle runner at Scalford hall

Scalford Hall Hotel is a stunning venue on the outskirts of Leicestershire which we have been lucky enough to supply some of our equipment to recently.

We were booked back in February to help transform The Pavilion using some of our most popular equipment.

Cait, one of our event coordinators worked with the lovely mother of the bride to put together a selection of equipment which worked perfectly with her daughter’s theme.

They decided on the following equipment:

The day before the wedding, our events team arrived on site and worked together to ensure that the draping was installed quickly but securely. This was then hand steamed by a crew member so that perfect pleats were visible around the room and then finished off with swags on top.

They also put together a White Drape partition to separate the room creating a lounge area and a dining area.

Our stunning White Starlit Dance Floor was then installed in the centre of the dining area which immediately created a focal point.

The décor was completed by placing the Illuminated Letters in the corner of the room and the White Carpet was placed at the entrance of the venue.
