1. Podcast Studio Upgrades
Premier Studios Podcast Studio has seen some exciting tech upgrades:
✔ A third camera added for better multi-angle shots
✔ Recording system moved in-house—clients can now plug in an SSD and record directly
✔ Improved workflow—no more needing to go into the virtual event studio to retrieve footage
2. LinkedIn Marketing – Big Wins for Premier
Ben’s been deep into LinkedIn marketing this week, experimenting with thought leader ads for Premier’s registration kiosks.
The results so far:
✔ £2,700 spent on LinkedIn ads
✔ £16,000+ worth of kiosk orders generated
✔ More quotes outstanding—total could hit £30,000+
Next steps:
- Increasing LinkedIn ad spend
- Expanding the campaign to target new industries
- Hiring more people to keep up with demand!
Click-Through Rate (CTR) Improvements
Last year, when an external agency ran Premier’s LinkedIn ads, the CTR was just 0.03% (pretty terrible).
Now, managing the ads in-house, Premier is hitting a 1.8-1.9% CTR—a massive improvement!
3. The Premier Woodshop Move – It’s Official!
After months of planning, Premier Woodshop has officially moved into the new unit!
The move involved:
✔ Forklifting the CNC machine & saw
✔ Transporting equipment in Arctic trucks & vans
✔ Setting up the workshop for full production
The setup now:
✔ The saw is fully operational
✔ The CNC machine will be running by Monday
✔ More space = higher production capacity
What’s next?
- Recruiting more bench joiners & a wood shop manager
- Expanding production capacity to take on bigger projects
4. Growing the Team – Hiring Updates
As Premier expands, recruitment is in full swing:
Wood Shop Roles:
- Bench Joiners (x2)
- Wood Shop Manager
- Exhibition Project Manager
Marketing Team Growth:
- A new Social Media Manager is joining soon!
- Ella is stepping into a senior marketing role to oversee strategy
5. The PYTCH Social Media Relaunch
Now that PYTCH is fully integrated into Premier, it’s time to ramp up its social media presence!
This week’s steps:
- Recorded the first PYTCH podcast with Joe & Ryan
- Revived the PYTCH social media channels
- Won key assets in the PYTCH auction, including truss, Raspberry Pis, and a ListenAnywhere box.
