3. London Bound – Event Production Show Build-Up
On Tuesday, the team travelled to London, where Adam and the crew installed the exhibition stand at ExCeL.
The Premier Stand Looked Fantastic:
Throughout the event, people kept stopping by to say how great the stand looked, proof that branding and design matter at trade shows.
Ben’s Travel Mishaps:
- Left his suitcase on the train (retrieved just in time!)
- Lost one AirPod (last seen on a London bus…)
4. The Event Production Show – Live from ExCeL
Wednesday morning kicked off day one of the show, with the team arriving early to set up:
✔ TVs on, coasters out, and ready for action!
✔ Networking with clients, partners, and industry professionals
✔ Hosting potential new customers & discussing future projects
A Story About the Famous Premier Woodshop Coasters:
- Originally, the plan was to make them in-house at the Wood Shop
- Due to high demand, they had to be outsourced
- When they arrived, each coaster had a ‘Made in China’ sticker
- Ella personally removed 380 stickers to de-brand them!
5. Strong Business Leads – Why Trade Shows Are Worth It
Despite the event costing around £10,000 (stand, hotels, food, etc.), it only takes one solid deal to pay it all back.
✔ Lots of TikTok & LinkedIn followers stopped by—Premier’s content marketing is working!
✔ Strong business leads—existing and potential clients see the value of Premier’s services.
✔ Great exposure—reinforces Premier Events’ position in the industry.
6. Ben Joins the Conference News ‘Top 100’ Club
After the first day of the show, Ben was invited to an exclusive Conference News Top 100 event, celebrating the top agency leaders in the events industry.
The event took place aboard ‘Driftwoods’, part of the Silver Sturgeon fleet, with:
✔ A scenic Thames River cruise
✔ Dinner and drinks
✔ A Manchester Central presentation
7. Looking Ahead to 2026 – Bigger and Better at Confex
Big plans are in motion for 2026! Instead of one large stand, Premier is considering three smaller, focused stands at:
✔ Event Production Show – Promoting Premier Woodshop
✔ Confex – Showcasing Registration Kiosks
✔ PA Show – Highlighting Premier’s Content Team (PowerPoint & presentation design services)
