With demand increasing, Premier is investing in new microphones, DPA headsets, and other essential AV gear. The PYTCH auction (equipment from a company acquired last year) is also being reviewed to see if any stock complements Premier’s inventory.

The team is exploring potential renovations to accommodate Premier’s growing workforce. The current space is pushing capacity, with some desks being shared and communal areas feeling cramped.

7. New Business Processes – Saving Time and Effort
Ben introduced Trainline for Business, allowing employees to book travel with a centralised payment system—eliminating the need for expense claims. Next up? Amazon for Business to streamline purchases and invoicing.
8. The Viral LinkedIn Post – Ben’s New Meeting Reminder App
Ben tested a new app called ‘In Your Face’, which helps him stay on top of Teams calls by displaying reminders on-screen. He shared his experience on LinkedIn, and the post gained over 7,000 organic views.
