CDA reached out to Premier Events as they were looking for event management support for their brand relaunch and curate a Luxury British-themed brand experience day. Their headquarters in Langer, Nottinghamshire, would host the event over two days.
They initially met with our event management team to discuss their complete requirements, and it was soon evident that our event production, delegate management, fabrication, and content & creative teams would be needed.
We put forward a few ideas with an associated budget to meet the brief of luxury & British. They liked our suggestion of a VIP secret agent event where delegates were sent a physical invitation to join and enjoy luxury at its finest.
We delivered four immersive sessions over two days in a marquee within their HQs’ warehouse. We split the marquee into several sections. First, attendees entered the registration area, which hosted London street signs and a to-scale telephone box prop and industrial set, mimicking a London street. After registering, the delegates entered the seating and standing area, which was revealed to be a traditional Gentleman’s club. After enjoying the tea, coffee and canapes in the room, they were ushered into the tech area by our brand experience ambassadors, where the presentations took place. Our content and creative team designed this space to add a modern, technological twist to the interior of the marquee. Following the presentations, CDA representatives met attendees to enjoy bowl foods, cocktails, and nitrogen ice cream with a British twist.
A lot of planning went into curating the idea and managing the event on the day, involving many of our teams coming together to bring a full-service experience.
Our event management team sourced all the décor for the event’s theme. The team also supported with budget management, client relations, pre-event planning and supplier management.
DMS (delegate management services) provided support in the lead-up to the event, customising the registration form and creating bespoke joining instructions. On the day, they registered each attendee as they entered the experience, and as the event ended, each delegate received a goody bag handed out by our team.
The content and creative team led with creating the vision for the event, which involved putting forward several theming ideas for the client to decide their preference. Also, working closely with the client, they designed and created physical invites with wax seals – adding a personal touch to this experience. Finally, assisting with editing photos for a large photo frame wall which displayed CDA products was critical to this event’s décor.
Our production and fabrication department provided custom-made sets for the interior of the marquee. One set housed a 95″ screen for the presentations, and the others were used as dividing walls to add ornamental details. Our fabrication team beautifully sprayed over 45 frames and 60 ornaments so that they would fit seamlessly into the theme. The production team worked alongside the client during live days to ensure the smooth running of the presentations. They were also responsible for the build of the interior, all lighting operations & PA system for the event.
Feedback from the client and attendees was extremely positive, and we look forward to working with them again shortly.
