Premier Studios – The Home of Virtual & Hybrid Events

In May 2021 we officially opened our brand new, covid secure broadcast facility, and there was only one name for it, Premier Studios.

We have been blown away by how popular it’s been and how it’s been utilized by our clients. We have enjoyed welcoming so many different types of customer into our studios to meet the needs of their own business from product photoshoots to live streaming virtual events to global audiences.

Prior to opening Premier Studios in 2021, we had already built two other studios which included LED video walls. We found out after the build of these two studios, what worked, what didn’t and what our clients needs were.

The build of the new studios took several months. We had an emphasis to create a beautiful space with covid security in mind, keeping our clients safe with an air ventilation system was top priority.

Building the studios, as well as running multiple live and hybrid events simultaneously was a challenge, however we were able to achieve our goal and open the studios ready for the increased workload.

So, what facilities are at Premier Studios?

Green Screen Studio – The space is 10m x 8m x 3m and comes fully lit with soft panels which is the perfect fit for professional video and photography chroma keying production. It is available to dry hire to be hired as part of a bigger production. Our green screen studio has been used for many events over the last 9 months including, photoshoots, award ceremonies, company meetings, virtual conferences, webinars, and many marketing and branding campaigns.

Studio One – This multipurpose zone is exactly like the green screen studio. The space is also 10m x 8m x 3 and comes fully lit. The area is fully carpeted and the walls are covered in black wools serge drape, providing a complete black canvas which can used for many types of hybrid or virtual events. We will be soon adding a suite of ready to use sets created by a set and scenery dept.

Broadcast Studios – We have 3 state of the art broadcast studios plus 2 x mobile broadcast studios to accommodate multiples teams of AV technicians. We have built each broadcast studio to include multiple workstations that can be managed by the studio manager including, broadcast VMIX Stations, Call Manager (Zoom, VMIX Call ETC) Stations, Streaming Stations, Multipurpose Stations, Producer Stations and Client Stations.

Tech Check – ensuring your stream goes without a hitch, we have available, a suite dedicated to tech checks and rehearsals. Prior to many events, a technician will perform a tech check with all presenters who will be broadcasting live. The tech check occurs 1-2 weeks prior to the event and each meeting takes between 5 – 30 mins depending on the callers internet speed and any VPN issues.

Edit Suite – if you need to turn around content quickly, our edit suite allows you to do this easily and on the go. The edit suite is equipped with a fully loaded high performance PC, multiple displays, studio monitors and full adobe creative suite. Having this suite onsite allows the user to produce assets on demand.

Outstanding onsite facilities and event support – The premier studio is equipped with some amazing facilities including, green rooms to relax, dressing rooms to ready, kitchen to re-energise. We also offer complimentary soft drinks, onsite parking, electric car charging to name a few. We can also offer full event support and catering from our event management team, skilled technicians and project managers from our event production team and equipment hire from our trade hire dept.
