Hosted at Exhibition Centre Liverpool, this event saw Premier providing comprehensive delegate management services for a high street retailer. Our services included:
We designed a fully branded event registration website where delegates could confirm their attendance, specify hotel preferences and dietary requirements, and choose sessions to attend. Upon registration, delegates received a personalised confirmation email. This email was the first of many communications designed to build excitement and preview event content.
The event app was crucial, housing the QR codes delegates needed for check-in. It also provided personalised agendas, hotel, and travel information, enhancing the delegate experience.
With over 1000 delegates arriving simultaneously, our registration kiosks facilitated a smooth check-in process. Delegates scanned their QR codes, eliminating the need for printed name badges and lanyards, thus benefiting the environment. Additionally, real-time data on delegate arrivals helped us coordinate the event schedule efficiently.
Our help desk was conveniently located opposite the kiosks for delegates who needed assistance with their QR codes. This ensured any issues were promptly resolved, maintaining a seamless check-in flow.
The event registration kiosks were a tremendous success, greatly enhancing the check-in experience. We also supported our commitment to environmentally friendly practices by minimising printed materials.
