Premier Events – Open Day

With COVID restrictions lifting, the opening of the Premier Studios and the return of live events, we’re celebrating by opening our doors at Premier HQ!

Let’s be honest, COVID has been tough on the events industry; we’ve had to adapt to survive – bouncing from one “new normal” to the next, with one eye firmly on the future, anticipating what’s yet to come…

We want to discover how you envisage your events running in the future and are excited to share our preparations for the return of live events with you (as well as offering a sneak peak of our brand new studios).

It’s been over a year since we’ve seen many of our existing clients face-to-face, and we can’t wait to re-connect. We’re also looking forward to meeting new clients and building lasting friendships to enjoy over the coming years!

So, we’re opening our doors on Monday 14^th and Tuesday 15^th June and can’t wait to see you there!

What to expect:

 

Studio Tours

We will be running guided tours of the studio spaces, including live demos showcasing how we produce both virtual and hybrid events, the processes involved and what’s possible to achieve.

From remote callers to patching in presenters from the studios, we can talk you through the end-to-end production process, this explanation can be as geeky (or not geeky) as you need…

 

Green Screen Demos

Never used green screen before? Step onto the stage in Studio One and let us transport you to a number of destinations and environments.

 

Warehouse Tours

Not been to see us before? We will be showcasing how we maintain, prep and de-prep all of the AV equipment that we own. From scanning each item into a flightcase, to carrying out regular inspections on kit to make sure that it’s perfect for your event.

 

Meet the Team

Been emailing someone for years but never met them? This is your opportunity to put a face to the name and have a proper catch up over a coffee.

 

Catering

We will be providing catering on both days, please let us know of any dietary requirements we need to be aware of when you register your place.

 

COVID

Our team are all tested using lateral flow tests twice a week for your peace of mind and temperature checks and social distancing will be in place throughout.
