Key Deliverables
Premier Events undertook end-to-end management of the event, beginning with venue selection. After shortlisting suitable venues and conducting site visits with the client, the ICC in Birmingham was contracted to deliver the event.
Our event management team managed all aspects of the event, including pre-event arrangements, onsite coordination, and post-event activities. This encompassed managing all in-house teams to ensure smooth execution, collating health and safety documents, supplier sourcing for merchandise and awards, onsite entertainment management, parking and loading logistics, and transportation of event elements.
The event management team also oversaw venue decoration, conference entertainment, and post-event KPIs, culminating in a comprehensive post-event report.
Premier Events’ creative prowess shone through in developing the event brand “Upbeat Live” and creating cohesive venue branding and content aligned with Pizza Express’ vision. Their innovative ideas, meticulous event design, PowerPoint expertise, and captivating visual productions added a layer of dynamism to the event. The team also conducted rehearsals for speakers and managed event photography and videography.
Our DMS team facilitated smooth delegate management, offering merchandise giveaways during registration, delivering prizes to winners’ post-event, and managing a delegate management system with our registration kiosks. We provided a help desk, handled client communications and sponsor interactions, and managed hotel logistics, including luggage drop-offs.
We provided technical event production across multiple halls, managing trucking logistics and technical setups and liaising with the venue to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. They orchestrated the setup of plenary halls, dinner, awards spaces, and lunch, expo, and drinks reception areas, incorporating lighting, audio, visual effects, stage setups, and branding elements.
Health & Safety
With a dedicated officer ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, Premier Events prioritised attendee well-being throughout the event, with a comprehensive post-event report documenting compliance and incident management.
