Annual Conference Main Plenary Space: A Bold and Immersive Experience at Celtic Manor

At the heart of the IAPS Annual Conference was the main plenary space, where we provided an immersive AV setup. The stage, measuring 10×3 meters, was equipped with a wide set and two 14ft screens that were perfect for large-scale projection. This setup ensured that every attendee, regardless of where they were seated, could engage with the presentations without missing a single detail.

Our team also rigged an L’Acoustics Kara line array to guarantee exceptional sound quality throughout the spacious plenary room. To enhance the visual experience, we hung trusses for stage wash lighting and projectors, ensuring the entire room was well-lit and visually engaging.

Breakout Rooms: Tailored AV Solutions for IAPS Annual Conference Sessions

In addition to the main plenary, Premier Events provided AV support for seven breakout rooms, each hosting smaller, focused sessions. These rooms were equipped with projectors, screens, and small PA systems to ensure clear audio and crisp visuals. Each breakout session was seamlessly facilitated by our AV team, allowing attendees to dive into the topics at hand without distractions.

Speaker Preview Room: Supporting Presenters Before the Big Stage

To ensure smooth transitions at the annual conference from behind the scenes to the main plenary, we provided a dedicated speaker preview room for presenters.

This space allowed them to review their slides, rehearse their delivery, and fine-tune their presentations before stepping onto the stage. It was a vital part of our support to help presenters feel confident and prepared.
