Last Friday we closed the offices and warehouse to enable the entire Premier team to attend the 2018 Premier conference and awards ceremony.
The event was held at Winstanley House in Leicester, for the second-year running. It allows the team to come together and reflect on 2018, as well as look forward to 2019.
With a team of 34 employees at Premier, it’s not always possible to ensure that everyone is fully up to speed with current events and latest updates. Ben and Claire, the Directors, find that the day allows them to pass on important information to the team.
As well as looking back on events delivered in 2018, the conference element allows the team, especially the 14 new people new to the business in the last 12 months, to understand the company’s plans and ambitions going forwards.
The evening dinner and party allows everyone to let their hair down and enjoy some well-earned drinks after what has been, a very busy year, especially in Quarter 4!
Recognition is also an important part of the event, with the Premier Awards allowing the directors to recognise those employees who have gone above and beyond in the past year. Well done to all of the award winners.
