How did we deliver this corporate event?

This year, we took the challenge head-on by devising an ‘in the round’ concept, providing each guest with an intimate experience of proximity to the speakers. 

The centrepiece of this setup was an innovative, square video wall suspended in the heart of Central Hall. This was not just any video wall; it was a 40m perimeter marvel, assembled from 480 Unilumin UPAD IV 2.6mm panels, designed to deliver content with remarkable clarity and impact.

At the core of our visual display lay a Barco E2 processor, adept at managing input from state-of-the-art devices, including MacBook Pros, Dell Alienware M15 laptops, and a custom-built high-performance PC/Media server rack.

Onstage, the convenience for presenters was paramount. We placed eight 55″ screens to view presentation notes easily and provided clickers for seamless slide transitions.

The audio experience matched the visual in sophistication. Using L-Acoustics KARA, SB18 and KS21 subs and A15 and X8 fills, we captured every decibel with crystal-clear fidelity, managed through a Yamaha CL5 console. Shure Axient digital radio mics captured every word, while in-ear monitors ensured a pitch-perfect choir performance.

Lighting played a pivotal role in setting the tone for the conference. Our team outdid themselves with a setup of over 200 intelligent lighting fixtures, including industry favourites like Chauvet Maverick, Elation Proteus, and Robe Pointe. All are programmed and operated through the Chamysys MagicQ MQ500 stadium console.

In partnership with the venue’s in-house rigging supplier, our production managers meticulously planned every fixture installation to precision, contributing to the seamless aesthetics of the event.

The awards ceremony was spectacular, thanks to a carefully curated pyrotechnic display featuring a dazzling array of flames and sparkular effects.

Communication is the linchpin of event management. To this end, Premier provided a state-of-the-art GreenGo communication system, ensuring flawless execution throughout the event.
