Premier Events are delighted to announce that we have acquired Leicester based events agency, Collective Minds. The purchase of Collective Minds forms part of Premier’s ambitious growth strategy, with plans to reach a £5m turnover in the next three years and to employ a team of 50 full time staff.
Collective are one of the leading event agencies for luxury brands with past and current clients including: Ferrari, Watches of Switzerland, Mappin & Webb, Michael Kors, Caterpillar, H.R. Owen, Dick Lovett, Jardine Motor Group and L’Oreal.
Ben McCarthy, Premier’s MD, said of the purchase:
“We have been actively looking to increase our portfolio of event management clients, so when Collective Minds was placed for sale, we jumped at the opportunity. Having supported the company with the vast majority of their events historically, and with our expansion into event management over the last few years, the acquisition made perfect sense. What makes Premier unique is our ability to deliver the two most important elements of an event, event management and event production, in house. This, alongside our commitment to delivering fantastic levels of customer service and premium equipment has been the driving force behind our growth from our humble beginnings, to an annual turnover of circa £3m and 30+ full time staff.”
