With 435 attendees, a wide array of entertainment, food options, and full production support, this festival was a true testament to the strength of our full-service event management approach.

We selected Hatton Country World Event Field, a spacious venue with a unique charm that would allow the festival to unfold in a relaxed yet vibrant setting. The venue easily accommodated 435 guests while providing ample room for entertainment, food trucks, and activities.

Supplier & Entertainment Coordination

Premier Events coordinated every detail of the festival’s suppliers and entertainment. We secured a mix of food vendors, including four fantastic food trucks offering various delicious options (three for mains and one for desserts), ensuring that guests had plenty of tasty options throughout the day. On the entertainment side, we brought in a DJ, a live band, a glitter artist, a photo booth, and interactive stall games to keep the energy high and the crowd engaged.

On-Site Event Management

Our expert team managed every aspect of the festival on the day. From managing logistics to ensuring the event flowed smoothly, we handled all on-site coordination, leaving ITG free to enjoy the festival without worrying about the details.
