This combination ensured that every word—from keynote addresses to Q&A sessions—was heard perfectly across the room.

Lighting: Creating the Right Atmosphere

  • Elation Sixbar 1000 lighting bars for stage lighting.
  • Prolight QB1 Hex IP uplighters to create ambient lighting and enhance the room’s atmosphere.

We carefully designed the lighting setup to complement the venue’s elegance while keeping focus on the stage and presenters.

Presenting in a large room means ensuring every attendee has a clear view of slides, videos, and graphics. Our setup included:

  • Two 75″ Samsung LED displays on stage for side-by-side presentation visibility.
  • A 43″ comfort monitor for speakers to view their presentations without turning away from the audience.
  • A Panasonic PT-RZ970 10K laser projector for large-scale visuals on the custom projection screen.

With a Blackmagic ATEM Mini switcher and Decimator HDMI/SDI converters, we delivered smooth transitions between video sources, enhancing the overall flow of the event.

Breakout Rooms: Small but Mighty

  • 55″ Samsung LED displays mounted on white set panels for professional visuals.
