On-Location Hybrid Event Support

Premier were asked to support a client with the delivery of a hybrid event from their head office in London to a worldwide audience.

The brief for this event was for us to transform an area of the client’s offices into a ‘This Morning’ styled TV studio that would be used to present the event. We had a day to build the studio and carry out rehearsals, with the live event taking place the following morning.

Our team provided all of the technical equipment to make this happen, including:

• Lighting
• Microphones
• Cameras
• vMix Portable Production Unit (PPU)
• Graphics laptops
• Stream PC’s
• Presenter comfort monitors
• PA System

As part of the live stream, some of the presenters were in the USA; we patched these into the studio and used IEMs to allow the presenters in the UK to hear them.

Our content and creative team supported the client by making lower thirds, stingers, holding slides etc. Al, our show caller, was also on-site, ensuring that no cues were missed by the technical team.
