‘Who are Premier Events?

Premier are a rapidly expanding and successful event production company based in Leicester.

We have a 16 strong team of dedicated event professionals, who are committed to delivering the best customer service, along side the latest equipment, to offer our loyal clients the very best event solutions.

The company has expanded from its humble beginnings operating from a single garage to a dedicated 17,000 sq ft office and warehouse space in Thurmaston.

We know how critical it is to have a trusted and safe pair of hands when it comes to live events, so we ensure that we always go above and beyond to deliver for our clients, which is why they return to us year after year.

We are able to offer support across all areas of events, through our in house event management team, who specialise in providing bespoke packages based on clients specific event needs. 

Venue finding can be daunting, as well as time consuming, especially if you have your day job to do at the same time. This is where Premier Event Management can help by carrying out site visits, proposing suitable venues, negotiating pricing and managing the relationship with the venue.

Once the venue is booked, there is the accommodation sourcing, catering and décor suppliers, as well as AV production, entertainment etc, all of which Premier Event Management can assist with.

Premier can also help you with designing the event in terms of its format, timings and flow, as well as branding, theming and decoration. We really do offer an all-inclusive service, should you require it.

Some of our clients however, need help with just one or two aspects of their event, which we are also more than happy to support on. We are on hand to offer as much or as little support as required and tailor our services to fit with each individual client.

It’s also fairly common that as the event nears, some clients require a little extra support; perhaps sourcing the last few suppliers, or managing the venue and all the suppliers on the day, again Premier Event Management are on hand to offer a reassuring and safe pair of hands.
