Our primary challenge was ensuring a smooth, efficient check-in process for the delegates without sacrificing the personal touch that defines our events. The goal was to minimise queues and maximise satisfaction, leveraging technology to enhance each delegate’s experience from the moment they stepped into the venue.
Our solution included 10 client-branded kiosks. These kiosks utilised pre-issued QR codes, sent as part of pre-event communications, to expedite check-in.
Upon scanning their QR code, each delegate received a personalised name badge printed on the spot. These badges were meticulously designed to include the delegate’s name and their customised agenda, a feature that distinguishes our name badges for events.
We are really proud of our event registration kiosks; we designed and built them to meet our client’s needs, and seeing them out on-site and improving the delegate experience is wonderful.
