Premier were asked to assist with the AV requirements for the Maros Ayerza testimonial year golf day held at the luxurious Stapleford Park in Leicestershire.

The golf day took place in September 2015 and was part of a number of events as part of his testimonial year.

Having worked with the event organiser on a couple of past events and having worked at Stapleford on a number of occasions previously Premier were more than happy to provide the AV support.

The focal point of the room was to be the stage; this was to host the entertainment for the evening including a singer, raffle and Q&A with past and current players.

The stage itself was 5m x 3m in size and was fitted with a ramp for wheelchair access. A 6m x 4m black wool serge ShowLED starcloth was positioned behind the stage to act as a backdrop. We also placed three of our black bar stools on the stage for the Q&A element of the evening.

The client had a number of videos and photos to display on the evening. We installed two 50” Panasonic LCD screens mounted on Unicol Parabella stand either side of the stage for guests to view these. All of the video content was ran through an apple MacBook Pro using Playback Pro allowing our engineer to seamlessly switch between video content.

Sound was covered using a superb sounding L-Acoustics PA system comprising of two 12XT’s and SB18 subwoofers. An L-Acoustics LA8 amplifier was utilised to power the speakers and all audio inputs ran through a Yamaha LS9-16 digital desk. Three Sennheiser EW300 G3 radio microphones were used on the evening as well as an IEM system for the singer.

Our engineer stayed on site throughout to provide technical assistance as well as to ensure that everything ran smoothly from an AV point of view.
