White Pleated Drape, White Starlit Dancefloor and LED Uplighting at the Link Hotel, Loughborough

The Link Hotel in Loughborough is a venue that we have worked at on a few occasions in the past due to its location being so close to our Leicester showroom.

We were booked recently to completely transform the whole venue using some of our most popular equipment.

One of our event coordinators met our lovely client on site to put together the perfect combination of products to create the wow factor for them.

They decided on the following equipment:

• Full Venue White Draping
• 16ft x 16ft White Starlit Dance Floor
• 32 x Showtec LED Light Bars (Uplighting)

Our event coordinator took the measurements from the venue and was able to put together a detailed floor plan to ensure that the right equipment was sent to site on the install.

On the morning of the event, our events team worked together to ensure that the draping was installed quickly but securely. This was then hand steamed by 3 team members so that perfect pleats were visible around the room.

As a finishing touch, we supplied and installed White Drape Door Valences and Fire Exit Signs to comply with the fire safety regulations.

The uplights were then changed to a lovely shade of blue to match our client’s colour scheme.
